I had a number of recordings which I needed typed although didn't know where to look, so I searched Google which returned a number of hits, Overnight Typing being one of them. Having read the brief synopsis on each and looked at their websites, I instantly chose Overnight Typing first for their professional, clear and simple website, for the guaranteed next day delivery and prompt efficient reply to my email which further impressed me.

The work I needed doing was technical, required accuracy and to be completed on a short timescale.

Despite the recordings sometimes being of less than satisfactory quality with a very specialised level of biological terminology all culminating in very difficult work, the accuracy was still maintained and very few blank spaces returned in the typing.

The recordings were uploaded very quickly and easily over their sever upload system on-line and all were processed very quickly overnight. Although initially I was only expecting one or two to be typed, 4 were returned to me instantly.

Once I realised how successful they were, I increased my order to a total of about 35 over a very short time scale (especially considering the complexity of the recordings) of about 2 weeks.

I cannot emphasise enough the professionalism shown by the company with no stress shown from them despite the high and complicated load, which made the whole experience very easy for me.

I will have more recordings which need typing in the near future and I will without any hesitation seek to use Overnight Typing.
